At Mosaik Nord we follow a multi-level principle  "large enough to impact, yet small enough to care."  Our wish in this is that we can offer every church member the attention and care that he or she needs, regardless of the size of the church. 

With this in mind, we place great value on our Connect Groups, or small groups, which meet regularly. Each small group, led by a trained church member, provides a space for fellowship, Bible teaching, and prayer for each other and the church. These leaders are also responsible for the personal and spiritual well-being of their group members.
